would appreciate a response from Sen Macdonald and Mayor Johnson.
How does the City of Saratoga Springs benifit from the City Changing to 1 Health Insurance carrier? Doesn't this do away with the compitition of the other insurance carriers efforts to become the low bid? C'mon Shauna U can do better than this or does the City Council have an interest in MVP? Can you say Wisconsin Patrick?
