The new website design cost the City taxpayers $9,000 with Hound Dog Graphics. With three members of the IT staff in the Department of Finance why would this be done outside? Also, doesn't one of the IT staff work for Hound Dog Graphics???
The new website cost the City taxpayers $9,000 through a company called Hound Dog Graphics. Why would the City pay outside work when we have 3 IT staff in house? Is it also possible that one of the IT staff is personally involved with Hound Dog??
