There appears to be some shady business going on in public works,it seems scrocco has created a position in dpw because one of his employees got a dwi and can't perform her duties as a meter reader and to make it worse her uncle eli delsette is the chairman of the civil service comm.why did scirocco bipass two existing lists to create this job for Ms clark?The state is giong to get wind of this,and delsette and crew should all resign.
