In politics, outside of Saratoga Springs

Let's step outside of the city for a moment.

Discussion is swirling among county Democrats over a meeting of the county committee, scheduled for next Wednesday.

At question is whether county chair Larry Bulman will use the meeting to announce his resignation from the committee. Bulman, who also serves as an officer on the New York State Democratic Committee, was outed as having been involved in some questionable practices as an official Local 773, a steamfitter's union of which he is business manager.

According to this story in the Times Union, Bulman invested some pension funds with Wright Investor's Services, at Bruno's urging.

If Bulman were to resign, Saratoga County Vice Chair, Todd Koerner, Clifton Park chairman, would become acting chair person.

Stay tuned.

What a nice Christmas present...
and then another "Booby" Prize!

I grieve for our neighboring County because the siren who took Union Leader to the 'breakup' on the rocks...was Rensselaer County's
Native Son and now convicted Felony
Joseph L. Bruno!
The entering stage right is the
dullard of infinite dimensions, One, who has never directed a winning political campaign! We are now sending out feelers as to a possible successful run in a Bowling League. Stay tuned for any late breaking news!
Don't cry for them, Argentina!
They have had an imposter, a plant, who MisLead the Pieraid
with all the pomp of a midget king
and with Baton in hand, able to put the Democrats 'buried' in a Dead End Boxed Canyon! It wasn't with out a good amount of Stupidity and Arrogance, because there was Plenty!
The 2010 Saratoga Election will probably be a 'walkover' for the current Row B Boyz & Gurls!

Bulman should resign. He cared more about securing over a quarter of a million dollars for his union brothers than to get dem elected officials in office. Talk about a conflict of interest.

I always thought Mr.Bulman fit in very well, especially as leader of the democratic herd,he always pushed very hard for Val Keehan, and lets not forget Ronnie Kim,unfortunately these people are losers......so I guess it's only fitting that Mr.Bulman should join his friends.

Bulman is a divisive blowhard with no real friends. He plays people off each other ALL the time. Looks like the Feds are on to his antics.

How's that new half million dollar house, Lar? What state grant?
