In the headlines; U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer toured GlobalFoundries in Malta yesterday, calling the chip fabrication plant "the future" of New York. [Srtgn]

Rep. Chris Gibson says he supports federal funding for family planning after voting for a budget resolution that cut Title X funding and an amendment on the bill to defund Planned Parenthood.
