Items of note:
2:47 p.m. Report of suspicious activity: Subjects on ice on Crescent Avenue. Officer advises subjects are ice fishing.
3 p.m. on Henry Street, reports that someone poured a drum of oil on the sidewalk. I don't know how large. I'll be asking tomorrow, since that's weird.
Also a report of an injured prisoner. Curious...
